Status & completion
Project status, manual override, and completion checklist.
Project status is derived automatically from module progress — but can be overridden manually.
Status stages
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Project created, no planning work yet |
| Active | At least one module in progress |
| Completed | All required modules finished |
| Archived | Hidden from lists, data preserved |
Automatic completion
Work on modules
Save inputs in planning modules — status moves to Active.
Check required modules
Admins define under Settings → Projects → Completion which modules are required for “Completed”.
Completed
When all required modules are ready, the project becomes Completed automatically.
Change status manually
Use the context menu in the project overview or the status badge on the detail page to set status directly — e.g. back to Active or Archived.
Versions & duplicates
- Create version — new planning variant under the same root project
- Duplicate — copy with input data, without calculation results
