Funding service
Submit a paid funding application through Bauhow.
The funding service is the paid application service for BEG funding — including review and submission.
Four steps
Beneficiary
The property address comes first — it is taken from the project and is read-only here. Then grant recipient, invoice address, and contact details. The invoice address can be copied from the property address, and the contact from the invoice address. The contact shows name and email; company, address, and phone are optional and expand on demand.
Project data
Building, old heating system, energy demand or consumption, new heating system, and project. For the energy figure one of the two values in kWh/a is enough: the calculated final energy demand or the metered final energy consumption over twelve months. The new heating system asks for the flow temperature — 35 °C for underfloor heating, 55 °C for radiators or both. Where the consumption-based heat load, the heat load from envelope, the room-by-room planning, or the quick design already hold these values, the questionnaire offers them at the top; a flow temperature up to 40 °C becomes 35 °C, anything above 55 °C. The last block holds the two answers funding eligibility depends on: whether work has already started and whether fossil heating remains afterwards.

After successful submission, proof service is unlocked.
After ordering
The locked module shows three tabs: status, answers, and submit evidence.
The status strip (application status, BzA ID, BnD ID) shows what our back office last reported. The application status has six stages: funding service commissioned, query, BzA issued, evidence submitted, order completed, and cancelled. Evidence submitted appears as soon as you have sent the evidence. Until something is reported it reads funding service commissioned.
Submit evidence appears once the BzA ID has been reported and the BnD ID is still missing.
